Shimming the oil pressure relief valve spring would raise the 75psi
value.  But 75 lb is just fine.  Your oil pressure is fine.

As for the springs, the GT6 springs would be stiffer, and the MKIII springs
would be softer.  But those who used them both said they improved
the ride.  Go figure...
