Pete,
I can only report on PA 1823. I have top and bottom of prop shaft cover as
you describe... but bottom plate extends only as far as cross-member supporting
the forward end of rear springs (2'1" long). This leaves about 1 foot of
prop shaft, rear U-joint and dif. exposed from the bottom side.
Top cover is actually two pieces and extends from firewall to rear of body
(at least on my 2 seater).
