Thanks to all who took the time to respond to my question, especially the
'lurkers' who came forward.  Some good data was acquired, and one or two unique
ideas.  And yes, as many of you asked, it did/will help.

If anyone else has any input, I'm still listening.  The budget doesn't go before
the board for another month!
