everybody, it is a brand new slave, though installed several months ago, so=
I doubt that is the=C2=A0problem. I justworked up the courage to go jack i=
n up again and look at said slave (me) and change the position of the rod.S=
ad thing is I had a fender bender in our good car (98 Maxima) and it won't =
start because of the frame being bent, the trunk floorbeing bent AND the my=
sterious "safety feature" of the fuel pump not pumping to keep fire from ha=
ppening.This is only the sixth week that we've been jerked around between S=
tate Farm and Gerber Glass and Collisionrepair being told it is twice more =
expensive to repair than it's worth ($2,000). =C2=A0We have run up a horren=
douscar rental bill above the part the "Good Neighbors"will pay. =C2=A0So, =
gotta get Leyland's French Blue curse reliable enoughto travel within a 15 =
mile radius. =C2=A0And I'm (expletive dleted) 67 years old with bad hips. =
=C2=A0 I DO appreciate the input though.

=A0 Check to see where the fluid went.
One thought here is to safely jack the car up and see if you have excessive=
movement in the clutch fork. This can be done with the slave rod disconnec=
ted from the arm. A small piece of pipe may help for leverage to see if you=
feel a catch in the movement.=C2=A0 If so then you may have a broken pin i=
n the clutch fork.

good amount of resistance I went for a short drive.Returning home and abou=

d was added and=C2=A0more pumping etc. I felt confident. =C2=A0I got to the=
end of my street today before I had to do a U turn and come home.I wonder =
whats wrong? =C2=A0 =C2=A0There are different spots on the rod into the sla=
ve and frankly I don't remember=C2=A0which hole I have it set at. =C2=A0Wou=
ld changing that make a difference? =C2=A0Should I go to the hole nearer th=
