Something with a stiffer sidewall would be nice, I'd just make sure you have
enough tread to last the day. Race tires with very little tread left will tend
to "skate" at 3Com, somewhat similar to GGF. Do whatever is comfortable with
your budget, as the last thing you want is to be worrying about tire wear when
you are supposed to be having a good time learning.
