It really is no problem at all, as long as you loosen all bearings just a
little bit, to releave any pressure on the upper bearing. Do one bearing
at a time, of course, so that the crackshaft is supported by 3 bearings
at any time.
Maintain good cleanliness, use clean oil for the new parts, and
youshould not have problems.
Do remove the spark plugs, so that you can rotate the crank easily. Use a
piece of plastic or similar to poke the bearing out a few mm whilst
rotating the crank, and then removing it completely is a simple matter of
pressing the bearing against the crank journal with a finger, while
rotating the crank through 180 degrees.

Perhaps, but changing them all is all the better.
Of course, if the journals are really worn (current bearings down to the
copper, etc) the fix will only last for a relativelyshort time,
