The best way to find out where the oil is coming from is buy a UV light =
and oil additive. You will see the leak very quickly.

I can't imagine that doing an oil change could be the cause of a sudden =
increase in leakage from the rear main however, I have had the same =
issue when the vent pipe to the rear air filter was dislodged and bent =
over blocking all air flow.

Might be worth checking that the crankcase venting is working.

changed oil in a club member's tri carb. went to get gas and noticed =
lots of oil under car. by the time i got back had lost about 4 qts or =
more of oil on a few mile drive. coming from rear of engine and coming =
out bottom joint and cotter pin hole. was only a small drip before oil =
change. assume it is coming from rear main, but could it fail that =
fast? any other places to look?
