I find my NAPA experience just the opposite. I hate going there, and only as
a last resort. They treat everyone very impersonal, take a number please,
and absolutely the highest of high prices, unless you're on account with a
volumn of several $1000/ mo. I just remarked after my last visit, that, when
i lived at home in small town, that was the only place I went, for
everything. I miss that, but that's the NAPA of 21st century to me.
I just wanted to buy some 3/16 copper tubing for a gauge line. They would
sell me a 25' roll at $1 /ft and the LOCAL hardware store (not big chain)had
it cut to length for $.39/ ft. WHY????
