Yes, it is NEW kitty litter! :) Use the "original" clay-based type. That
is what a lot of auto repair shops use. I grind it into the floor with my
foot to break it up into even smaller pieces and powder. Dry cement powder
will soak up oils very well too but I DO NOT recommend this for obvious
reasons - especially in a wet climate like we have in Oregon! :)
