I didn=E2=80=99t build my garage so I was very pleased to find the foundatio=
n to be >12=E2=80=9D thick when I drilled the anchor holes for the lift, whi=
ch is in the middle rear of 3 bays allowing access from the sides. Open trus=
ses have made retrofitting air lines, better lighting, and power drops a sna=
p.=20
I really could use another 15=E2=80=99 in one dimension, running water, and m=
ore power though. But then my wife would probably make me live out there. ;)=
