Well, I agree with you, although my actions sometimes will contradict my words.
It is easy to get caught up in making your car "perfect", which of course, can
never be attained. As the owner of any car that you love, you always know all
the flaws, even if someone looking at your car comments on how wonderful it
looks and overlooks the same flaws. I think one of the best cars I had was a
1980 Toyota Tercel bare bones car simply because it was so simple, inexpensive,
reliable and I could sit on the hood with a few friends and not care if it
resulted in a scratch or two. I think I am a hypocrite though, since having
said all the above though I continue to pick at the TR6 in order to "correct"
all the problems, big and small. But, that is because I enjoy the process and
the product.
