Dennis,

You have answered your own question, if it's a single breather it's a PA 
block. Period.
I don't know of an early PA block being bored out to 60mm. Perhaps your best 
bet would be to re-sleeve it to 57mm with over size pistons in the 57mm 
range. 

Any one have experience with this?
