- I must say that I must be very fortunate! I have had no problems with my wheels whatsoever. and I regularly drive at 100+ mph speeds. There doesn't seem to be any unnecessary balancing weight either.

- Nope. I'm talking about the vacuum operated switch under the front fender, which controls vacuum to the headlight actuator diaphragm. it switches vacuum and atmosphere between two ports.
