- Mickey- I think the most used technique involves a large hose clamp to compress the coupling enough for the bolt holes to line up, but a c clamp might work.. Berry Price

- Aaron-I think the standard remedy is to use a hose clamp to compress the coupling to allow the bolt holes to line up. If you don't one large enough, two smaller clamps can be coupled together. Berry
