Roger,
If you want an alternative, and you want the radiator to be as close to
original as you can get it, buy a used broken radiator from Peter Denty, and
have it re-cored here in the states. I've had two Lotus 51 radiators
re-cored (copper/brass) at Loopers Service Center here in town (Rockville,
Maryland), as well as two Titan MK6 radiators. They are indistinguishable
from new (by my eyes anyway), and all included both the water and oil parts
as original. You didn't mention if you planned to run oil through the frame
and through the radiator, but I assume you plan to. If you want to send it
to Loopers, they are at:

You could even have Peter ship it straight to Loopers, if you wanted to save
time. You may also find that your local radiator guy can re-core it once he
has it in his hands. If you have the tanks, the recoring is pretty
straightforward, and the core must be easy to get as Loopers can turn them
around in 2 days.

Lotus Eleven, three separate times to have an aluminum copy made and they
screwed it up every time. I told them I woul not modify the car to make it
fit and they had a perfectly fitting one to copy. By mutual consent, we both
gave up. Ronnie Mong (Elite Fab) made one that dropped right in first time.
Not rocket science, just the intent to do what he said.

expensive than anyone else and its done!
