steering rack

 The old way was to use the Spridget/Morris Minor rack.  The Spridget was 
front steer and the Morris was rear steer.  the racks are the same.  A left 
hand drive Morris could be turned over to make a right hand drive Spridget.  
A left drive Spridget made a right hand drive Morris.
  Since your NTM is probably front steer, a left drive Spridget should work.  
If it's rear steer look for a left drive Morris.
