A BDA I believe is a "Belt Drive A motor". otherwise known as a 4 cycl.
twin overhead cam motor, built by Cosworth for racing. "Bad" ones put
out
200hp and it goes up from there.
The TVR factory put a Turbo Version in a TVR S over 10 years ago, and
were quoting over 500hp! I have a road test stating a 0-100 time of
7.2 secs.
