Those nozzles are just pressed on. If you pull on it it will pop off and you
can replace it with a matching nozzle from another can. Alternatively you
can soak it in some lacquer thinner and maybe clear it out. I've had many cans
of paint do this. I've had many cans of paint not do this. I don't know why.
Another possible cause is a poor seal at the valve (the bit crimped on to the
top) and all the propellent has leaked out leaving the product so the new
nozzle may have no effect.

DON'T DO THAT! The propellant is propane (actually a mix of propane and
isobutane, but that is TMI*. Suffice to say it is a flamable hydrocarbon.
That
is what they use instead of Freon). If you want to recover the product for use
in a regular spray gun Here is a technique that works even if it is somewhat
hazardous so keep an extinguisher handy: (Do this in a well ventilate area)
Do this in a well ventilated area. Set the can on a flat surface. Using a
sharp tool (awl, pick, chisel, etc) and a hammer poke a hole in the top (above
the waterline). The can will now start spewing propellant (flamable). Mow
quickly invert the can iinto a container and the product will be forced out.
Be
sure to use a large container as there will be some splashing. Also there
will be some of the paint spewed at random as you invert the can so be prepared
for for that eventuality (ie: spread out some newspaper or something).
Again, do this in a well ventilated area. As the propane mixes with air the
concentration will very quickly drop below the lower explosive limit but until
then there is risk of explosion. (Did I mention to do this only in a well
ventilated area? Like outside?)
Try another nozzle first.
