You will have to detach at least one from the frame.  The studs on the engine 
side angle in and you can't remove the engine that way.  (Well, maybe you can 
by deforming the mounts but I don't recomment that.)  If you leave one on the 
frame it will make installation easier.  You can lower the engine onto the 
stud and line up the holes on the other side instead of trying to line up both 
sides.  But that is a subtle detail.
