I agree with Hugh. My vintage race prepared TR4 did 129 hp at the rear wheels
on the dyno (approximately 145 flywheel hp). This engine is very tractable, and
could easily be driven on the street. BUT, the dyno runs were done with very
advanced timing, 110 octane racing gas, and no muffler. A streetable and
reliable 200 hp at the flywheel from a tractor engine is unrealistic, IMHO.
