One thing I forgot to mention in my original post is this person is NOT a
member of the Triumphs list. At least I don't think so. I've never seen him
post a message.

I haven't asked about shipping the fender collect YET but that is something
I had thought about. The fact that the money I sent including extra for
shipping really pisses me off.

I have never had trouble with anyone from the list itself. Several people
suggested contacting the post office. I'll do that when I get home
thursday. It also sounds like it probably isn't mail fraud since he didn't
advertise through the mail and I didn't use a USPS money order. Something
I think I will use from now on.
