Greetings all,
I have just returned from a six day, 1000 mile trip. And the results of
British Car Week were pretty dismal! I assume Carlisle can't count, as I
left on Saturday, and BCW started on Sunday...
I saw 2 LBC's on my entire trip! One was a really beat Midget in a
laundromat parking lot in Dallas, PA and the other was a BRG MGTD
tooling along about five miles from my house. Not a Triumph to be seen!
Not even a guy wetsanding a Spit with his garage door open! I would have
stopped and offered a beer...
BTW, the trout fishing was great as usual. ;-) The catching could have
been better though!
I did get passed by a Z3 moving at a high rate of speed on Rt 84 in New
York, and naturally, the top was up.
I will do my part and drive the TR3B up to the neighbors house and back
this afternoon. Connecticut's finest most probably will not approve of
my lack of registration, insurance, front apron, bonnet, boot lid,
seats, hood, spare tire cover...
