Alas, that is almost exactly what I had repaired last month. :-(   My 
floor wasn't quite as bad as yours (but then there was a replacement 
plate welded in by a DPO), but my sills were even worse.   I didn't even 
begin to think that I could replace a sill successfully.

Thank you.   So what are you recommendations for me - give the whole 
thing to a body shop, or are there some things that even an idiot like 
me could do?   And if your rear wings were in the same state as mine, 
would you replace the whole wing, or just the wheel arch?
