MGB tech questions

I rebuilt the seats last Christmas for my 74 MGB.  In the center of the 
bottom of each seat cushion there was a 4 inch diameter switch for the
ignition interlock.  I did not bother to put them back in, but I did
not throw them out either.  You never know what you might need a
switch for.  Any one got any ideas?  Dog detector?
