Well I have a set on my car now (2000 Civic SI in
ST-N) and I can't say they have a huge amount of grip
over other high performance street tires. Compared to
the stock crappy Michelins XGT V4's that came on the
car they are a huge improvment, but over something
like a Yokohama AVSi I doubt there is much to be
gained. Still for the money they are very nice. A
really stiff sidewall that seems to ride harsher on
the road in a 205/50/15 than my Kuhmo 712's do in a
205/40/17. An interesting observation. Also, they
are a little hard to get right now with limited
sizes...only about have of the planned sizes were
available last time I checked.

My 2 cents on this one,

Paul
