Yes, this is all true; however, all this street touring/street tire stuff
can get really confusing.

Since you're in H-Stock, good, just stay there. Don't worry about this
street tire class stuff. You can run your street tires in H Stock, or you
can get a set of R tires. Just don't get SLICKS.
