For 2004, SFR started two new options:

We are offering two ways to enjoy an SFR Solo 2 event
if you are not an SCCA member:

1. Buddy Program. Be sponsored for a day by a member.
A member may bring a guest, and this guest may participate in a single event by
paying
the entry fee only. No membership. We have a limit of 15 of these per event.
The host
is totally responsible for the behavior of the guest and will be disqualified
from the event
if the guest is involved in any unacceptable behavior. Show your guest the
ropes, how to
work, etc.

2. Temporary Membership. Ninety days for $25.

There are a limited number of Temporary memberships available for $25.00 at the
registration desk on event days. Good for 90 days. After that period you can
choose
to join for the normal annual fee. This $25.00 does not apply toward your
yearly dues
when you do join as a regular member.
