AFAIK the only annual tech SCCA recognizes in Solo2 is that used in Pro
Solo, it's not officially used at even National tours. After that it's up to
the individual event organizers if they want to use an annual tech and what
the requirements are. Although some clubs use it, I'd expect home office
would discourage it if asked, it's much more likely someone will show up at
a local event with an unsafe condition.
