You guys do realize that anything the agent says pretty much doesn't
matter to the claims examiner, right?
Make sure its in / not in the policy. Your agent can help (both before in
trying to find stuff in the policy and after by talking to the insurance
company), but the final say is the claims examiner at the insurance
company, NOT the agent.
