Well, I'm afraid that this logic is flawed. Perhaps some see the
importance of the site but simply do not have the resources to apply to
it. This doesn't say anything about willingness to learn...

The _TIME_ is the big road block for most of us. It is not at all a small
factor, at least in my case. I'm absolutely sure that I am not alone in
this category.
