Do yourself a favor that you'll wish you had done before and go with the Datsun
five speed transmission upgrade and kit available from Paul A.  Those who have
done it for Minor and Spridget all agree its the cats pajama's.  Quality is 
first
rate and you get a much more streetable car with a virtually bullet proof
transmission.  There is also a list member in SF (Gerard C) who could even
install it for you if you so desire.
