thanks all who helped with the spring question. I have had all the eyes ground
out and bronze bushes inserted. That should fix it!
Next question. the outer trunnions often have a hole drilled to let the grease
into the spring. But, if oil is going to be used, should there still be that
hole, or should the oil be forced to go right around an fill the trunnion
boxes up?
