Dave,

 I may have the same problem as Brian; I haven't driven my PA in over a
year while completing the restoration. When I last drove it it acted the
same, I thought I had not got the adjustment right, so gave it a little
more movement.

Now my theory is; we both replaced the spigot bearings with sealed type
which have a little more drag. And it is this extra drag that is causing
the problem. Have others on these lists replaced the spigot/pilot
bearing with sealed type with success?
