- Are you refering to the mechanical key cylinder part or the electrical part? The electrical part just pulls out from the rear of the mechanical key cylinder on my 72 TR6. Greg Perry

- I already tried changing the bulbs out to no avail. When diconecting the red tail light wire wire from the bulb socket, the stop light works just fine. I think turning on the headlight switch makes

- Vance and List, The brake light problem has been resolved by soldering a wire across the grounding tab for the bulb in the socket and the socket mounting clamp ring that has the six metal spring clip

- FWIW, My solution is to manually turn off the blinker. I have done this for many years. If I fixed it, I would still manually reset the blinker ( turn it on in the opposite direction). Greg Perry
