Just a wild thought from the blue, but if you are safety wiring to a spoke it could be flex in the spokes themselves causing the wire to stretch or perminate deflection of the spokes. Wire wheels are famous for loosening up and deflecting unless they are the re-works by Dayton Wire wheel with the heavy duty hub and stainless spokes. Larry Dent |
