I did not know that there was a backup light option for the TR3. Was this a
dealer installed item? Shouldn't there be a provision in the body and
wiring harness for this?
I have a spare transmission top for an O/D unit, can one of these switches
be used as my car in non-O/D?

Carl - How are you planning on mounting the light to your car? David

of different ways to mount/wire it - but I can't seem to find it in the
archives.

#2 or #3 would be the easiest.

(ignition or elsewhere) to Switch and from switch to lamp. Ground from lamp
to body through fixture (andin my case also a secondary ground to an earth
clip on chassis. Although the power feed is ultimately fused, I will
probably include an in-line fuse between switch & power for safety sake.
