A curious thing: Looking through the Lucas catalogs, I cannot find any
mention of a model L494 lamp earlier than 1965.  It does not appear in the
1960 Master Catalog, nor any of the individual catalogs before 1965
(although I don't have 1964).

There is also no mention of an optional reverse lamp for the TR3, even
though the optional lamp for the TR4 (model 661) is listed.
