It sounds like you don't wish to remove the tranny cover. In that case maybe glue a magnet to the base of the shift lever and make a bracket to mount a magnetic switch that should be compact enough to live under the gear shift boot. May need a relay as I'm not sure how much current they can handle I'm adding one to the tr4 but I have retrofitted a 5w led... |
