NO WAY
unless you want to add $50 to everyone's annual dues - all of which will go
to SCCA national.
- not that they'd allow a national organization to be a "Chapter" anyway
also - any autocross conducted under SCCA sanction and insurance must comply
with SCCA event operating rules - including the presence of at least 1 SCCA
licensed Solo Safety Steward to verify and enforce all of that. (if there is
only 1, that person may not compete.)
