There is an option for timed events that could have insurance coverage. Our
local chapter of the SCCA will host a special event if there is enough
interest to make it viable. The SCCA insurance will provide coverage for
the event if it is an official function. Entry fees and SCCA membership are
often required but it is a low cost if you want to have some fun in a
parking lot. Additionally, the first autocross entry fee is waived if you
join SCCA at the track. In the Nashville area there are SCCA sponsored
autocross events every other weekend. Maybe VTR could also become a
sanctioned SCCA chapter.

What do you do with regard to timed events such as rallys, autocrosses or
even funkhanas?
Hi Joe,
Sadly, we do not have timed events for this reason.
Cheers,
Blake
