Fred sent me the info, so I to you...

1 1/8" deep socket or small wrench ... don't disturb the smaller locknut and 
adjustment screw. About 3 minutes (not including the soak time). I've tried 
it, maybe the soak time (~1/2 hour) wasn't enough. It made no difference in my 
vehicle. At cold idle=60psi, hot idle~20psi, highway speed ~40psi. I seem to 
remember higher until I switched to the Castrol 20W/50 from Pennzoil 50. I will 
more likely switch back next oil change. This vehicle has the original 83mm 
pistons and probably has not had any bottom end work. At nearly 70K miles.
