Thread-topic: | 1st car |
1st car: '74 VW Karmann Ghia drove it for about 10 years until you could see daylight through the floorboards. 1st British car: '74 MGB GT with rusty rockers, drove it until I found a TR4A. Only American car: '80 Chevy Malibu Somethingerother that looked like a police cruiser. Paid $300, drove it until I blew the motor, sold for $350! Worst car: '81 BMW 320i. That car had more electrical gremlins than any British car I've ever known. In the two years I owned it, that car left me stranded more times than all my other cars combined. Best car(s): tie between the '65 TR4A and the '86 BMW 535i both of which I still own. I have finally decided to sell the BMW, but it won't be easy for me.
