3 1/2 is too high for a stock "3", 2 1/2 is correct, JCW also sells that
pump for $36.95, I have the "ticking pump" and I like it as I only hear it
when I turn the key on and then no more, it also tells me it's working that
way, mount it on the inside of the frame back by the tank it is not loud.
