Hi Dave,

If I remember correctly there are 3 bolts going through the engine plate into 
the sealing block.  The middle one also secures the timing cover.  I don't 
think that removing this bolt will distirb the timing chain cover gasket since 
that gasket is between the engine plate and the timing cover.
