I just did the sump on my TR4, and while out I used a body hammer, dolly and
a straight edge to get the rim flat, not necessarily level. :-)
The rim tends to get deformed around the bolt holes from overtorqueing by
DPO's and sometimes by DCO's.
Helped the oil leak situation a LOT.
