Peter, Why would you ever want to "switch[...] to your regular wheels when
the situation presents itself?" Wire wheels are just as good unless you are
doing some
heavy racing. The studs are not that hard to fit. The hardest part is
getting the longer ones (for the regular wheels) off, but even that is not
