My TR-6 had this problem when I bought it. Lot's of Liquid
Wrench/CRC/Croil/Break Free and 4 tiring hours later and I had removed all 4
wheels. My technique was simply to pull alternatley at the top and bottom of
the wheel, turning every so often. It was NOT simply a matter of breaking it
free, the rust had formed a powder which jammed things up, so the wheels fought
coming off even after they had moved.
Patience, good music and a beer or two helps.
