Well I just recovered from that syndrom, It was not a Triumph but my
Mini Marcos, it turned out, that the butterflys were sticking open even
though they looked closed. application of WD40 to the linkage and moving
the things over the sticking point freed them. Now instead of 400rpm
only 800...
