The MGB is unit-body. You can't seperate the body from the frame.
Therefore if you are doing a major resto it helps to have a 'body flipper'
(usually a device that rotates the body) and someone close by to weld the
doors shut, otherwise you will have 2 MGB halves to work on.

If you're just looking for a fun car, don't choose the brand... choose the
car. If it's straight, not too rusty, runs well, and cheap, buy it!
Worry about what it is / body color later.
