I say: "You're carrying coals to newcastle"... the TR4, properly tuned,
goes like a bat!  As I'm proud of saying, my car's favorite speeding
ticket was for 134 mph... I'd say that a V8 would be excessive.

Of course, if you're looking for a good rumbly sound, can't beat the V8...
but I'd bet it would be more problems than its worth.

Of course, if your 4 is in a bad state, it's an option.
